Shipping
Items are usually in stock (even if listed as Made To Order) and should be processed within 2-3 working days.
Post Office runs are usually, but not always, mid-week. If there is a significant delay we will keep you informed.
Orders are shipped in plain packaging and products in retail style packaging are not available through this site without prior arrangement.
Where requested, tracking information will be emailed once the order is posted. This is done through the shop software and may occasionally end up in your Spam folder.
Please double check your address when you enter it. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, we will charge to re-post to an amended address.
We maintain proof of posting for all orders.
United Kingdom
UK orders are sent Royal Mail First Class, usually delivered 1-2 working days after posting.
There is also the option to choose DPD Tracked 1-2 days.
It is essential that you include your phone number for DPD.
Orders over £20 placed through this site automatically qualify for free Royal Mail First Class UK delivery.
EU and International
EU orders should be placed through the MEPMAKES Etsy Store.
Etsy is able collect EU VAT when you order, which means you won’t get charged any administration fees when it’s delivered. Under the new rules, orders placed through this site will likely incur additional charges – so head to https://mepmakes.etsy.com
Orders are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail International Untracked (Standard) or International Tracked & Signed, usually delivered 3-7 working days after posting.
Please be aware that customs or import charges may be incurred and you will be responsible for paying them through your local postal service. Please check your country’s guidelines.
If an item is returned without being delivered (eg. non payment of import charges) the order value will be refunded, less any courier handling fees incurred.
Due to potential issues with customs and couriers, please allow up to 30 days for international orders to arrive.
Returns
Unopened and unassembled physical purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
If this is due to defects or our mistakes, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label and fully refund the original order.
If it is due to any other reason, we will refund the goods only and you will be expected to cover all shipping costs.
You are advised to get a Certificate of Posting as we cannot issue a refund until we receive the goods.

Refunds are not available on digital downloads (but if you are having problems we may be able help).
