Materials and Scale Guide

Scale Guide

We offer a variety of scales, so always check the information on the product listing prior to purchase.

Most models are 28mm scale, meaning an average adult human standing straight would 28mm from toes to eyes.

Left - GW Space Marine, Centre - MEP Burgerclown, Right - GW Imperial Guardsman, Bottom - Lidl Banana.

Miniatures and fruit shown for scale reference only and do not imply endorsement.

Materials

Made To Order Resin

MTO Resin is printed in-house. It allows us to release limited run miniatures with extraordinary flexibility. As a tiny miniature startup producing nice miniatures, we simply would not exist without it.

There will be some evidence of the support structure, we use fine supports and they usually come off with a rub of the finger. Structural supports (used in places you don't see) may require snipping and sanding with 600 grit sandpaper. Layer lines are generally not obvious although may be present on some flat surfaces. But these miniatures have zero mould lines or bubbles and may have details impossible to reproduce with conventional casting.

Every model is individually checked and all product images are produced with this method. Photos show actual models with minimal cleanup and have not been retouched.

Glue: Cyanoacrylate Superglue.

Safety: Don't breathe the dust.

Standard Resin

Standard Resin is a hard urethane plastic. It's (relatively) economical, easy to use and great for things like bases.

Glue: Cyanoacrylate Superglue.

Safety: Don't breathe the dust.

Metal and High-Performance Resin

Our hope is to begin producing collector's items in traditional metal and cast resin at some point.
