Shipping and Returns
Items are usually in stock (even if listed as Made To Order) and should be processed within 2 working days.
Post Office runs are usually mid-week (although sometimes we make extra trips).
In light of global events and to eliminate additional trips to the Post Office, there may be a delay in dispatching some orders.
This is unfortunate, but necessary and should not have a significant impact on most orders. Thank-you for understanding.
Additionally, some orders are taking longer than usual to arrive, please be patient, but feel free to chase us if you're worried!

Orders are shipped in plain packaging. Please recycle or re-use once it has served its purpose.
Retail style packaging is available on most 4 and 5 figure sets only if you specifically request it.
UK orders are sent Royal Mail First Class, usually delivered 1-2 days after posting.
International orders are shipped from the UK and you can choose Royal Mail International Standard or International Tracked & Signed (recommended).
Please be aware that customs or import charges may be incurred and you will be responsible for paying them through your local postal service. Please check your country's guidelines.
If an item is returned without being delivered (eg. non payment of import charges) the order value will be refunded, less any courier handling fees incurred.
Due to potential issues with customs and couriers, please allow up to 30 days for international orders to arrive.
Where requested, tracking information will be emailed once the order is posted. This is done through the shop software and may occasionally end up in your Spam folder.
We maintain proof of posting for all orders.
Please double check your address when you enter it. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, we will charge to re-post to an amended address.
Unopened and unassembled physical purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
If this is due to defects or our mistakes, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label and fully refund the original order.
If it is due to any other reason, we will refund the goods only and you will be expected to cover all shipping costs.
You are advised to get a Certificate of Posting as we cannot issue a refund until we receive the goods.

Refunds are not available on digital downloads (but if you are having problems we may be able help).
